Nothing brings your spirits up quite like a delicious ice cream cone and some time with a sweet friend.
This week’s one time self care item was setting aside time on my busy, full of prep Sunday to walk to my favorite upper east side ice cream shop. This place is full of incredible flavors and even crazier cones! COVERED IN CEREAL.
To top it off, I got to spend some time chatting and catching up with my friend, Ileana. Even though we live in the same city, between our calendars and weekend train schedules, we do not see each other as much as I’d like! (I can’t speak for her, but I’d like to think she wants to spend time with me too.)
