Are you setting the RIGHT goals?
In April, I set a goal to close all of the fitness rings on my Apple Watch for the whole month.
I missed ONE day and it immediately depleted all of my motivation for the rest of the month.
In May, I set a goal to be consistent with my workout plans.
Last week, I only had two “perfect days”, but I feel AMAZING.
It’s so important to choose goals that are attainable, motivating, and RIGHT for you given the current situation that you’re in.
