I am so guilty of setting huge, effort filled, time consuming goals and then get frustrated when I lose momentum and motivation. ⁣

Make this rough road easier on yourself by starting with REALLY small action steps – drink one glass of water, read for 5 minutes, clean up for one song!⁣
